The Pro Coach Lab Mentorship is an application-based, limited-capacity program.
Because cohort spots are limited and enrollment affects planning, preparation, materials, and group capacity, refunds are limited.

Pay-in-full payments:
Refund requests must be submitted in writing within 7 days
of payment and before the start of the cohort to be considered.
Once the cohort begins, payments are non-refundable except where
required by law or approved in writing by The Pro Coach Lab LLC.

Three-payment plan:
The three-payment option consists of three monthly payments.

Transfers and Deferrals
If an accepted participant experiences a scheduling conflict or unexpected circumstance,
they may contact The Pro Coach Lab LLC to request a transfer to a future cohort.
Transfer requests are reviewed case by case and are not guaranteed.
Approval depends on timing, availability, cohort capacity, and program status.
